Terms of Use & Cancellation Policy

1. General

This website (hereinafter: "the Website") and the Salestor system (hereinafter: "the System") are operated by Salestor Ltd. (hereinafter: "the Company" or "Salestor"). Use of the Website and the System constitutes the user's (hereinafter: "the Client" or "the User") agreement to all the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms – please refrain from using the service. The Terms are written in masculine form for convenience only, but refer to all genders.

2. Terms of Use

  • 2.1. The services provided by Salestor include:
    • Access to a system for analyzing sales calls.
    • Receiving reports, insights, professional feedback, and additional content.
    • An admin interface and support representatives.
  • 2.2. Any use of the System shall be for legitimate business purposes only, in accordance with the purposes defined with the Company and subject to the engagement agreement.
  • 2.3. It is strictly forbidden to perform any of the following in the System:
    • Modification, duplication, distribution, translation, reverse engineering, or any attempt to access the source code.
    • Circumventing security mechanisms or software protections.
    • Using the System for competing purposes or industrial espionage.
    • Sharing access with third parties without written approval from the Company.
  • 2.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the System, temporarily or permanently, in case of violation of these Terms or the engagement agreement.

3. Privacy Protection

  • 3.1. Salestor undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of information provided by the user, in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981.
  • 3.2. Information will be stored in secure systems and used solely for the purpose of improving the client's sales performance, generating professional reports, or improving the System in general.
  • 3.3. Anonymous (statistical/aggregated) data may be used for product improvement, research, and development.
  • 3.4. Information will not be transferred to any third party, except where required by law or court order.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 4.1. Monthly Plan: The client may cancel the service by giving 30 days' written notice (by email to: [email protected]). Billing will stop at the end of the month following the notice date.
  • 4.2. Annual Plan: This is a 12-month commitment. Cancellation or termination during this period is not allowed, except with the Company's written consent and only in exceptional circumstances.
  • 4.3. Refund Policy: No refund will be given for periods of actual use. The Company may consider a partial refund in exceptional cases, at its sole discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • 5.1. The client undertakes to act in accordance with Salestor's usage guidelines throughout the engagement period, including:
    • Regularly uploading call recordings.
    • Appointing a primary point of contact (POC) to serve as the professional coordinator with the Company throughout the engagement.
    • Full cooperation with the Salestor team for task implementation, results tracking, and system maintenance.
  • 5.2. It is strictly forbidden to:
    • Share access or transfer content from the System to external parties without approval.
    • Make changes to the code, perform reverse engineering, or attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
    • Use the System for competitive or commercial purposes not part of the service.
  • 5.3. Salestor operates visible and hidden detection mechanisms to identify prohibited uses, unusual access, circumvention attempts, or unauthorized sharing. The client acknowledges and agrees to this as part of the terms of use.
  • 5.4. A material breach of the terms of use or ongoing lack of cooperation may result in suspension or immediate termination of the service by the Company, at its sole discretion.

6. Unilateral Termination by the Company

  • 6.1. The Company may terminate the service to the client at any stage if it is found that prohibited, false, harmful, or service-contrary use has occurred.
  • 6.2. In cases where damage is caused to the System, the Company's intellectual property, or other clients – the Company may immediately terminate the service and consider legal action.
  • 6.3. If unilateral termination is not due to a breach by the client, the Company will provide 14 business days' notice and allow data transfer to the client, where possible.

7. Information Security

  • 7.1. Salestor operates advanced physical, technological, and organizational security measures to protect the integrity of information entered into the System – including data encryption, access controls and permissions, and logging of critical actions.
  • 7.2. The Company uses secure storage infrastructures and service providers that comply with the strictest security standards (such as ISO 27001 / GDPR Compliance).
  • 7.3. The client undertakes to keep passwords, system access, and login credentials secure and not to share them with any third party. Any action performed from the user interface will be considered as performed by the client.
  • 7.4. The Company is not responsible for actions performed on the client's side that do not comply with basic security practices (such as unauthorized access by an internal employee, password theft, or negligence in information transfer).

8. Permitted Use Only

  • 8.1. Use of the Salestor System is intended solely for the purpose of improving the internal sales processes of the client company.
  • 8.2. Any other use is strictly prohibited, including:
    • Transferring reports, recordings, or business insights to unauthorized third parties.
    • Implementing the System in a third party's business.
    • Producing content for commercial use outside the scope of the service.
  • 8.3. Any such unauthorized use will constitute a fundamental breach of the Terms, entitling the Company to take legal action and seek compensation for unauthorized use.

9. Intellectual Property & Third Party Sharing

  • 9.1. All rights in the System, source code, AI model, reports, user interface, and professional content (including videos, templates, recommendations, presentations, and insight pages) are exclusively reserved to Salestor Ltd.
  • 9.2. It is strictly forbidden to duplicate, distribute, copy, publish, or modify any of these components, except with prior written approval from the Company.
  • 9.3. The client undertakes not to transfer access to the System or any content generated through it to any third party – including external consultants, subcontractors, or competitors – except with prior written approval from the Company.
  • 9.4. Any attempt to copy, reverse engineer, independently implement the System, or use its products outside the defined context will constitute a serious violation of copyright and intellectual property rights.
  • 9.5. The Company reserves the right to fully enforce its rights, including legal action for compensation for any damage, loss, expense, or reputational harm caused by unauthorized use.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

  • 10.1. These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.
  • 10.2. Exclusive jurisdiction in any matter relating to the Terms, the service, or the engagement agreement with Salestor shall be vested solely in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
  • 10.3. It is clarified that no rules of international conflict of laws shall apply, even if the parties operate in other countries as well.

11. Updates to the Terms

  • 11.1. The Company reserves the right to update the Terms from time to time, as needed, subject to publication of an updated version on the Website.
  • 11.2. The update shall take effect within 7 business days from its publication, or earlier if required by law.
  • 11.3. Continued use of the System after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. A user who does not agree to the update may discontinue use in accordance with the cancellation policy.
